Find a local bar or nightclub that is willing to let you use
their facilities. Contact local celebrities and ask them if they would
be interested in being a bartender for a night and help out your
organization.
Advertise for your event with the local television stations, cable
channels, and newspapers.
You will earn money through
tips at the bar, and perhaps a percentage of the cover charge at the
door.
On the day of the event, have the celebrity bartenders arrive
early so they can learn their way around the bar. Have professional
bartenders there to help them out.
You
may want to have some kind of crowd control to keep people moving along
the bar so everyone has a chance to order.
