Work with local restaurants to organize a night when a portion of their profits will go toward your project. You can then distribute flyers or coupons to promote it.
Another way to do this is to have the restaurants donate only the profits of meals purchased by people who bring a flyer about the project. This is a good way to promote your project as well as raise money.
